She has a Master’s of science degree in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management for which she attended three different universities in a two year programme, namely the Central European University in Austria, the University of Aegean in Greece and Lund University in Sweden. She works as the Spanish editor for EIT food’s FoodUnfolded. I have been following Inés’s work for the last year and a half and it has informed, inspired and motivated me, not just on the topics she addresses about the food systems transformation we need. But she has also inspired and challenged my own thinking about storytelling. And as such, I believe Inés is the perfect person to introduce and get to the essence of this podcast.I highly recommend following Inés and her work on climate and the food systems transformation!Inés Oort Alonso | LinkedIn ResourcesBuilding the Future of Innovation on millions of years of Natural Intelligence – Leen GorissenRegenerative Development and Design – Pamela Mang, Ben Haggard and RegenesisRegenerative Leadership – Giles Hutchins and Laura StormBetter Business Better Future – Elisabet LagerstedtThinking in Systems – Donella H.
