The Regenerative Change Agents Podcast Introduction
Regenerative Change Agents - a podcast about people improving our world
In this podcast we explore a regenerative future, which is a future with healthy soils, healthy biodiversity and a healthy community. Each episode features a leading regenerative change agent: an entrepreneur, researcher, consultant, author, activist or educator. All amazing people who are engaging in regenerative thinking and practices. Join me on this journey as we discover: how to connect with nature; how to develop yourself, and how to challenge your worldviews. All through the beautiful stories of our co-hosts. Along the way we explore systemic and personal challenges, barriers and opportunities. Whilst unpacking those in the topics of Nature, Food, Agriculture, Tourism, Education and Entrepreneurship.
In the first season we hear from amazing women, regenerative change agents, who are paving the way towards a new way of living in the world by using tourism as a catalyst to spread the regenerative mindset and practices around our globe.
Introduction episode
I could not think of a better person to introduce this podcast than with the help of Inés Oort Alonso.
Inés is a sustainability consultant and creative communicator focussing on planetary and human health. She has a Master’s of science degree in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management for which she attended three different universities in a two year programme, namely the Central European University in Austria, the University of Aegean in Greece and Lund University in Sweden. She works as the Spanish editor for EIT food’s FoodUnfolded. I have been following Inés’s work for the last year and a half and it has informed, inspired and motivated me, not just on the topics she addresses about the food systems transformation we need. But she has also inspired and challenged my own thinking about storytelling. And as such, I believe Inés is the perfect person to introduce and get to the essence of this podcast.
I highly recommend following Inés and her work on climate and the food systems transformation!
