Tourism: Sonia Teruel

Regenerative Change Agents - a podcast about people improving the world.

In the first season we hear from amazing women, regenerative change agents, who are paving the way towards a new way of living in the world by using tourism as a catalyst to spread the regenerative mindset and practices around our globe.

In this episode we dive into the differences between regeneration in the Spanish speaking world versus the English speaking world and dive into optimism, seeing the potential everywhere, collaboration, learning & unlearning, personal development, forest bathing and regenerative food production.

Sonia Teruel founded the RegenLAB for Travel through which she is consulting and educating grassroots organisations and entrepreneurs in their transition to regeneration in tourism. She published the first master thesis written on regenerative tourism in 2018 and has been working with rural and indigenous communities for a long time. She firmly believes in collective wisdom and collaboration.
